How much do Lebanese Arabic courses cost in 2026?

One of the first natural questions when you want to learn a new language is 'how much?'. At the Lebanese Arabic Center prices are transparent and depend on one thing: the format you choose. Here are all the options.

Group courses (adults, A1–C2)

Group courses are the most affordable and motivating option — you learn alongside peers at your level, with 2 lessons a week. You can pay in two ways:

• Monthly subscription — you pay month by month, and the subscription stops automatically when the course ends. The monthly price starts from 500 lei for A1 online and rises by level; the in-person format in Bucharest has a slightly higher rate.
• Pay in full up front — if you pay for the whole course at once, you get a 15% discount on the total.

Each level lasts a fixed number of months (A1 four months, A2 seven, etc.), so you know your total from the start. See the exact figures per level on the group courses.

Private lessons (1:1)

If you want a personalized pace or a flexible schedule, private lessons cost 150 lei / lesson online, 210 lei in person (60 minutes). Paid in advance, 20 lessons get 15% off. Details on the private lessons page.

Kids course (ages 6–11)

The kids course is an interactive, game-based program, online. We don't have kids' courses at the moment — leave your details and we'll let you know, on the kids course page.

The trial is free

You don't have to pay anything to start. The first lesson is a free trial of 30 minutes, with no obligation — you book it online, pick a slot and talk to the teacher. Only after you see how it is do you decide whether to enrol.

Are there hidden costs?

No. Audio materials and support are included. You can pay by card (securely, via Stripe), bank transfer, cash or PayPal, in lei, euros or US dollars. If you cancel at least 7 days before the course starts, you get a full refund; after it starts, the refund is proportional to the remaining lessons, minus a 10% administrative fee.
